THE RESORT

the hotel, whose name means “the door of the sun, was completely renovated in the year 2017. It is set on a vast territory surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and shows all the features of a lovely Sardinian village for architectural features and materials . Starting from the hill with a fantastic view of the bay, it winds among the terraced houses on one and two levels realized with skillful architectural games of heights and arches, arcades and towers, colors and spaces, among the manicured gardens and the narrow stone lanes sloping down to the core of village life. Here the wide spaces, cared for and in harmony with nature, welcome the hotel’s main services: reception; Hall; 2 bars; snack bar; bar room; TV room; conference hall; dance club; four swimming pools, a relaxation in the courtyard adjacent to the snack bar, three other pools, one of which is reserved for younger guests, in the heart of the hotel; the whole large and modern area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, outdoor showers and a corner for children; large amphitheater for evening shows (international), boutique, free Wifi throughout the hotel, massage center, free outdoor parking unattended.

The 286 rooms are located in a wide green area well balanced with the local panorama within the terraced houses of one or two levels, each with independent entrances, balcony or terrace; all of them are comfortable and bright, tastefully decorated in the local style and offer air-conditioning, satellite TV, a safety deposit box, private bathrooms with shower and hairdryer

There are two restaurant available. The main restaurant named “la Corte”, with buffet service offers Italian and local specialities, it is bright, comfortable and air-conditioned; tables outside are also available.

For children: here, the children have their own buffet area with low-level counters and dedicated food. Once a week, there are also themed dinners with local and regional specialities.

The second restaurant is “La Taverna” with “à la carte” and extra charge menù – reservation is required. The restaurant is intimate, comfortable, with service in assiette, and available for special dinners, private receptions and themed dinners.

Breakfast with a variety of hot drinks (tea, American coffee and milk), fruit juices dispensed from a vending machine with assisted service, bread, croissants, yogurt, cereals, eggs, cheese, cold cuts, fruit, jams, hazelnut cream and honey
